Kaldi, un día, sorprendido, vio que sus cabras estaban más activas que de costumbre, tras comer unos frutos rojos de un arbusto. Llevado por la curiosidad, el pastor decidió probar aquellos misteriosos frutos rojos, y comprobó como le renovaban las energías. Kaldi hizo llegar la noticia a los monjes de la zona, los cuales secaron los granos para transportarlos de un monasterio al otro. Caffe Gioia en monodosis universales tienen otra gran ventaja y es que son 100 % orgánicas, su envase de plástico es 100 % reciclable y la monodosis en filtro-papel puede ser reciclada en el contenedor de orgánico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monodosis cautivas : Són aquellas monodosis que solo funcionan en un único sistema cautivo (prisionero) , quedando al marjen de poder probar otras marcas de café en monodosis.&lt;br /&gt;Otro rasgo característico de las monodosis cautivas es que normalmente vienen envasadas en plástico y aluminio, no pudiendo separar el plástico del café (orgánico) por lo que como pueden imaginarse no respetan el medio-ambiente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se preguntaran el porque de las monodosis ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La respuesta es fácil. El café como cualquier producto que nos da la tierra tiene una vida limitada. Este producto que nos da un gran placer al tomarlo y  que a cada uno nos gusta de una manera, solo, con leche, con nata, acompañado de un chorrito de algun licor etc... tiene una serie de propiedades organolépticas que se pierden con el tiempo.&lt;br /&gt;Si usted compra café en grano, debería comprobar que la bolsa o envase donde esta estuchado el café, cumple con una serie de controles de calidad. Primero la bolsa o paquete debería no influir ni perjudicar en el sabor del producto.&lt;br /&gt;Segundo, y también muy importante, el café con el paso del tiempo va liberando un gas que la bolsa tiene que permetir salir mediante una válvula que al  mismo tiempo tiene que impedir que entre aire del exterior.&lt;br /&gt;Hay que tener en cuenta que a partir de la muelta del café, el producto empieza a sufrir un proceso de oxidación y pérdida de sus cualidades organolépticas, por lo que se recomienda guardarlo en un sitio fresco y seco (la nevera) y consumirlo lo mas rápido posible.&lt;br /&gt;Aquí es donde la monodosis entra en escena.
